Errors And Their Possible Resolutions

1. If your app is not opening or you get the Media Playback Aborted Error:-

You must try the following possible resolutions: –

🔺 Update the app to its latest version.

🔺 Clear the cache memory of the device.

🔺 Delete cache memory of Allen Plus app in application manager.

🔺 Check if you have a android version lower than 10.

🔺 Download Firefox (or any other browser).

🔺 If lecture is not audible then allow audio access in mobile

2. If you are getting Web Portal Errors, such as the following:-
  • Lecture not running or buffering
  • Voice issue.
  • Material opening error.

You must try the following possible resolutions: –

🔺 Make sure to use good internet connectivity.

🔺 Update Google chrome.

🔺 Clear the Google chrome history.

🔺 Update Window version. Don’t use older windows version like Windows 7/8.

🔺 Check if you’re using assembled system with incompatible hardware configuration.

🔺 If web portal does not open even after checking all possible aspects, then you should use Firefox (or other browser) or incognito mode on pc.

🔺 If lecture is not audible then allow audio access in desktop.

3. In case of 403 Forbidden Error:-

You must try the following possible resolutions: –

🔺Send your public IP (IPV4) address on Allen Plus email id, as these IPs are blocked due to unsecure Wi-Fi connection.

🔺 If app crashes in IOS & connected through Wi-Fi then also you should send public IP address. (It’s also a type of 403 forbidden errors)

4. If you are getting error in Material Downloading:-

You must try the following possible resolutions: –

🔺Reinstall the app & then download the material, a message will be displayed “Document has been saved locally”. The file saves in

▪️File Manager▪️ Download section or Document or Recent Download section.

🔺 Open google chrome in your mobile and select desktop site in setting then follow the download process in mobile.

🔺 Kindly transfer your important data to SD card and clear your device storage for making sufficient space available on your device.

5. In case of Green Screen Errors:-

You must try the following possible resolutions: –

🔺 Install or update Android System Web view from play store & then reinstall the Allen Plus app.

 🔺 Either use web view in your mobile or tab (desktop site).

🔺  Switch to laptop or desktop.

6. If you are getting the error ‘Website Can’t Be Reached’:-

Possible Resolution:-

🔺 Please use either of the 2 commands: –

(Run as an Administrator In CMD)

1st – ipconfig /flushdns

OR

2nd – netsh winsock reset

7. If your app does not open in iPhone even after using Mobile Data & Latest Version:-

You must try the following resolution –

🔺 Go to Setting         ☛ General         ☛ Languages & Region         ☛ Region         ☛ Select India

8. If you are not able to install the ALLEN Plus App :-

You must try the following possible resolutions: –

🔺 Kindly transfer your important data to SD card and clear your device storage for making sufficient space available on your device.

9. Session Expired for Live Classes :-

You must try the following possible resolutions: –

🔺Clear Cache, Browsing history, Cookies & Current logins

When you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like Loading or Formatting issues on sites.

10. Error during the Live Classes :-

During Live Class, if the class get interrupted or disconnected due to any technical or internet issue, in such situation,
You must try the following possible resolutions:-

  • Do Log out and then login again (login after few minutes).
  • If video is blur this may be due to daily data limit is crossed, if not than check your internet connectivity (Wi-Fi, Router, etc.).
  • May be device battery issue or low battery so turn off power saver mode (if enabled).
  • Delete browser’s cookies or use another browser.
  • Wait for few seconds if video quality is fluctuating- this could be an internet fluctuation for a moment only.
  • May be lower version of device. (Kindly check on Technical Requirements Section).

If the issue still persists, then there may be a technical glitch from our side. Kindly wait for some time till the issue will get resolved at the earliest and do not panic. Recorded Videos of the respective Live Classes will be provided on the same day or next day. So, try to utilize your time to watch or revise other subject/topic meanwhile.

Do not waste your valuable study time in bothering about the issues.
